You may have noticed that I like to cook with a digital scale…You may have noticed that some of my recipe measurements are in metric conversions (I know much to some people’s dismay)…you may have noticed that I like to mention how much easier your kitchen life would be with a digital scale (which I truly believe)…WELL now it can be thanks to this fantastic giveaway!

The nice people over at OpenSky are giving away an Eat Smart Precision Scale from my OpenSky shop! What is OpenSky you ask? I was taught to cook by weight from my father who is a retired former restaurant owner. It’s accurate, saves time and washing extra bowls, cuips & utensils. Whenever I start a new recipe, I always take the extra time to weigh all my measurements and write it down by weight. The second time around when reusing the same recipe, I just take the kitchen scale and proceed with recipe. That easy! The downfall though, always check and update your batteries.
