Good Eats in ROMA!

{Fior di Latte, Nutella & Arancia Rosso Gelato}

Ciao da Roma! As you can imagine, I’ve been eating my way all around Rome with the ah-mazing Bertolli team! We’ve tasted everything from Gelato to Spaghetti alla Carbonara {come on, you know that was coming} to Ossobucco to … why don’t I just share a few of the photos with you instead of telling you about them ; )

{Mille Foglie con Porchetta e Burrata from Casina Valadier}

{Veal Medallions with roasted potatoes & asparagus from Casina Valadier}

{Cherries from Casina Valadier}

{Pizza Rosso from Forno}

{Risotto with Asparagus tips & White TRUFFLES from Casina Valadier}

And that’s just a little TASTE of what we’ve had. I can’t wait to share what we’ve been up to but apparently it’s time to eat again ; )

Baci da Roma!

Disclaimer: Bertolli is covering my expenses for this trip. My opinions however, are my own. Always have been, always will be.

    Paola /

    Wow Paula you’re in Rome! If you have the possibility to choose a restaurant don’t miss Felice a Testaccio (065746800 you really need to reserve a table in advance): best cacio e pepe and saltimbocca alla romana ever eaten. Davvero, cibo spettacolare!
    Un abbraccio e buona vacanza romana!

    I had Rigatoni alla Carbonara at Cafe Veneto in Rome on my last night in Italy which was the best carbonara I’ve ever had. I had Spaghetti alla Carbonara the night before at a little sidewalk cafe on the street right around the corner from Cafe Veneto (can’t remember the name) that was very good but I highly recommend Cafe Veneto’s version. As you can see, I love a good carbonara!
