Starting off the New Year With #FitTeaDetox

Fit Tea

It’s a New Year. That’s means resolutions right? Did you make any resolutions? I have to tell you I’m not a resolutions girl. I do however like to set GOALS for myself. One of my goals is to MOVE more. To be ACTIVE and often. Which should ultimately give me more energy and help my clothes to loosen up.

I’m not alone in my goal if the parking lots at the gym and the sheer amount of workout clothes that are on SPECIAL at every retail store I enter are any indication.

Fit Tea

In addition to my daily treadmill workout I’ve been drinking FitTea. Have you heard of FitTea? Maybe you’ve heard or sen their tagline  “Give us a few weeks and we’ll give you a new waistline”?

What does it do?
-Boosts immune system (build a rock solid immune system!)
-Promotes fat burning
-Promotes and soothes digestion
-Antimicrobial properties

FitTea is ALL NATURAL. “Ingredients: Organic Green Tea, Oolong Wu Yi, Organic Rooibos, Ginger, Pomegranate, Guarana, Birch, Stevia, Corn and Honey Powder. These ingredients provide a fast-working and natural detox. These natural ingredients have other benefits besides detox, which includes weight loss, increased energy levels, suppressing the appetite, and natural antioxidants.

Natural teas like FitTea have been used all over the world for thousands of years for weight loss and increased energy which helps anyone with a fitness program. FitTea also offers a caffeine-free alternative. The ingredients are Holy basil (Tulsi) spearmint, rosehips, lemon myrtle and linden blossoms.”

Fit Tea

Besides being all natural it’s super easy to prepare, You just add 1 teaspoon of loose FitTea into a tea infuser (or you can make your own tea bags if you’re crafty) add to your favorite mug and top with 1 cup of hot water. Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes and then you can enjoy it hot or cold. Being that it’s freezing in my neck of the woods I opt for HOT. I like to have mine with a smidge of honey and drink it right before my morning treadmill workout.

I can tell that my energy level is up (I am NOT a morning person so it has to be the tea) and my appetite is suppressed. Win. Win.

Baci!

I am a big coffee drinker so it’d be hard to give it up. But I could totally try this. At least once. 😉
