P.F. Chang’s Home Menu – Chicken Dumplings

I’m sure you’re familiar with P.F. Chang’s. You know the restaurant with the giant horses outside? Yep, that one. The one with the iconic lettuce wraps. You got it. I happen to love all types of Asian food, especially Chinese food. LOVE it. Dumplings are my jam though. I could eat my weight in them. I make them every so often but they’re involved and take time. I’d love to pop over to P.F. Chang’s when I get a dumpling craving but for me, living in a rural area, it’s a jaunt to get all the way to the “big city”. Sigh. If you didn’t know, P.F. Chang’s has a Home Menu that you can find at the grocers – and they now include dumplings. Yes I’m doing a chair dance

The items are based on P.F. Chang’s Bistro recipes and were co-developed with P.F. Chang’s co-founder Philip Chiang. The all-new P.F. Chang’s Signature Pork & Chicken Dumplings are made with quality ingredients and authentic, made-from-scratch sauces. They’re inspired by the traditional Chinese dumpling, the dumplings are made using customary pork shoulder, succulent dark meat chicken and offer a high meat-to-vegetable ratio.

? Signature Chicken Dumplings: Dark meat chicken, shredded cabbage, sliced scallions with a Signature Sauce packet.
? Signature Pork Dumplings: Ground pork, shredded cabbage, sliced scallions with a Signature Sauce packet.

As awesome as dumpling are, sometimes you want a little more. If you’re looking for more than just appetizers, pick up a P.F. Chang’s skillet meal or two and create a special meal for #WokWednesday.

Woks are actually incredibly versatile and are a great pan to have on  hand. Stirring up P.F. Chang’s Home Menu’s dynamic meals in a wok creates the excitement of authentic Asian cooking, adding a little mid-week zest. Need a little Wok Wednesday inspiration? Visit P.F.
