This quick and easy chicken fried rice starts with Naked Truth Premium Chicken Grilled Chicken Breast Chunks cooked according to package directions. There are several cooking options.
I opted for oven baking which takes a quick 9 minutes once the oven is pre-heated. Leaving plenty of time to prepare the fried rice.
Leftover cooked white rice is fried with diced carrots, onions, and tiny green peas. Once the fried rice is finished cooking it gets mixed with soy sauce and the cooked chicken is added back then it’s all garnished with green onions.
Simple. Fast. Delicious. Take-out fake-out chicken fried rice for the win.

- 1 bag - 12 ounces - Naked Truth Grilled Chicken Breast Chunks
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 onion - minced
- 1 carrot - peeled, diced
- 1/4 cup frozen tiny green peas
- 3 cups COOKED rice
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- green onions - sliced - to garnish
- Cook Naked Truth Premium Chicken according to package directions. Set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, saute until softened.
- Add carrots and peas. Cook until softened.
- Add rice. Cook until fried consistency. Stirring as necessary.
- Add soy sauce. Mix to combine.
- Add chicken to pan. Garnish with green onions.
If you prefer additional soy sauce you can add to taste.
