Why Did You Use Sweet Potatoes?
I happen to love sweet potatoes – also known as the orange super food. It doesn’t hurt that I live in North Carolina which is the #1 producer of sweet potatoes in the United States. Holla.
Sweet potatoes are delicious, sweet, are packed with nutrients and have a mild flavor. Making them great to use in both savory and SWEET recipes.
How to Store Sweet Potatoes?
Once you’ve got those orange spuds at home. You’ll want to keep them in a cool, dry and ventilated container. You want to avoid storing them in the refrigerator because that will cause a hard center and no one wants a hard sweet potato.
Once you’ve baked these beauties. All that’s left to decide is whether or not to make it rain powdered sugar on top. Y’all already know what I’m going to say.
Make it RAIN!
