We’ve been getting our grill on A LOT lately. Be it outside with one of our many grills or indoors on the grill pan. What is that anyway? Why do people need so many types of grills? Are grills the equivalent of shoes to men? Because that’s the only thing that makes any sense to me.
We have a charcoal grill, an infrared grill, a smoker grill, and a gas grill. Isn’t there ONE grill than can do it all? I guess I have my shoes and he has his grills. I choose my battles and those stay outside and out of sight and I happen to have my eye on a new pair of wedges. What grills?
Next time you have your grill (or grill pan if you’re anything like me) fired up, trying grilling corn. It is a great way to bring out the natural sweetness of the corn. Slatering compound butter (which is just a fancy name for butter that has mixed with other ingredients), like this tequila lime butter with cilantro, onto hot off the grill corn amps up the flavor factor and the number of napkins you’ll need. Or am I the only one who always gets butter on her chin?
Don’t forget the margaritas!
