This recipe is sure to float your bourbon boat. Wink. Wink. Did you know that July is not only my birth month but it’s also National Ice Cream Month. Wha? It’s a month long party and I’m completely okay with that. Especially since I make a boat load of ice cream.

Once you have your ice cream all churned up and ready to roll you can make these Boozy Bourbon Cherry Coke Floats up in no time flat when that craving strikes you. Now if for some strange reason you’re not into bourbon (gasp) you can omit it from the whipped cream and have yourself a Shirley Temple style float. Just don’t leave out the cherries, because cherry floats require cherries and fun straws. I read that somewhere online so it’s must be true.
