Spicy Chocolate Pudding

Spicy Chocolate Pudding

I hope you’re ready for one pretty awesome NO BAKE dessert. Yes I said no baking and or cooking for that matter. Well unless you count melting in the microwave but let’s not split hairs about that when we have such a glorious and decadent dessert to dwell on. A chocolate pudding concoction that will have you making noises when you eat it.

Yep yep. It’s silky, sweet (thanks to a little maple syrup) and smooth and just when you think it couldn’t get any better you feel that slight tingle and tickle of heat. Pure bliss.

Spicy Chocolate Pudding

This is our fifth and final recipe for our Tabasco 10 Ingredient Challenge. While I’ve enjoyed all of them I think I’ve saved the best for last. Dessert. You all know about my wicked sweet tooth and this one certainly satisfies it in a big dark chocolate way.

This recipe makes TWO 8 ounce portions. Just enough to keep myself out of trouble because seriously I could eat both of those. If you’re cooking for a crowd double or triple the recipe as needed.

Spicy Chocolate Pudding

Did I mention that besides being no bake/cook it also comes together in about 5 minutes. Yes thank goodness for a good blender. Then you just pop it into the fridge and let it chill for a while. That my friends is the hardest part.

Baci!
