Espresso Buttercream

Espresso Buttercream

Coffee ain’t just for drinking friends. Nope, it’s also for doing all kinds of other stuff with, like turning it into a beautiful blissed out buttercream. If you like COFFEE as much as I do you’re going to love this hopped up espresso buttercream.

It’s going to give your dessert a little kick in the caffeinated pants. I mean that’s if you can manage to not eat all of it before it’s time to slather it onto a cake, or cupcakes, or between two cookies. Whatever you’ve got handy, a spoon. We won’t judge.

Espresso Buttercream

This is an amazing buttercream that I have to tell you my sistah from another mistah shared with me. Please don’t even ask me for a calorie count because I don’t want to know. I’m claiming denial with a capital D on this one. I really don’t ever want to know. It would  forever ruin this deliciousness for me.

I mean come on the name has butter and cream in it, it’s not going to win any healthy food of the month awards. I’m okay with that. It’s also why I don’t make it all that often. Everything in moderation yeah?

Espresso Buttercream

It’s creamy, buttery (duh) and most definitely caffeinated. You can taste the LAVAZZA espresso from the get go. It’s kind of the point.

Besides COFFEE one of my favorite ways to stay social is INSTAGRAM. You are following me aren’t you? Yes, thank you so much so so very sweet of you xo. WHAT you’re NOT? Okay I’ll wait, go ahead, hope on over. Now that we’ve got that settled, whew, let’s chat about a fun Insta-Contest …

Holy cow! I’d be tempted to lick this right off the spoon…it wouldn’t even make it to the cupcakes or cake.
