Rotini Pasta with lemon and asparagus in white bowl
Asparagus and Lemon Rotini.

Y’all know how much we love our pasta around here. My favorite pasta dishes are quick and easy and take me WAY less than 30 minutes to get on the table and into my belly. The recipe possibilities are truly limitless with pasta. I’ve very rarely met a pasta dish I didn’t like, it’s usually one that’s overcooked which is an IMMEDIATE no for me.

Who wants gummy pasta? Not me, the only gummy I want is in bear or worm form. Know what I mean?

I’m lucky to work with a brand of pasta that we truly love, Dreamfields Pasta. Have you heard of it? You can find it in a sexy little black box on most of your favorite grocery shelves.

Dreamfields Pasta is an easy way to eat a little better. Dreamfields has the taste and al dente texture of traditional pasta, yet each one cup cooked serving of Dreamfields has 5 grams of fiber (20% of the daily recommended intake) and 7 grams of plant protein. Nice right? Dreamfields unique recipe contains inulin, a prebiotic fiber sourced from chicory root, which helps promote healthy digestion. And last but not least it comes in 7 pasta shapes for all kinds of pasta-bilities: Elbows, Penne Rigate, Rotini, Angel Hair, Spaghetti, Linguine, and Lasagna.

Asparagus Lemon Rotini

Dreamfields is THE go-to pasta for summer pasta dishes – you can get tons of RECIPES HERE, including our Asparagus Lemon Rotini, which I think you should make asap. I may be slightly biased.

Dreamfields also is currently hosting PASTAPALOOZA! It’s a giant virtual pasta party and there are PRIZES!

Asparagus Lemon Rotini

Did I mention this dish is light and easy? That’s is also good hot or cold? Making it perfect for summer picnics, to pack in your lunch or just to eat because you love all things asparagus, lemon and MOZZARELLA. It would even be great with burrata. Of course most things are. I mean burrata. Come on.

Pop on over to Pastapalooza, enter to win and grab our recipe. Might even want to invite me over. I’m pretty entertaining, so I’m told. I’m pretty sure that just means I talk a lot and make crazy facial expressions but we’ll go with entertaining.
