No Bake Turtle CheesecakeNo Bake Turtle Cheesecake.

Yes, I said no bake. It’s my favorite kind of cheesecake. Because as much as I love a baked cheesecake, they take time and tend to crack. I get a little sad after all that work and it cracks down the middle. Am I the only one? Please tell me the cracks bother you too? I realize it’s an easy fix you just slather it with your favorite topping. I still it’s under there. Taunting me. Okay I may have cheesecake issues. Also, as a side note, I’m always perplexed that a cheesecake has the word cake in it’s title. I mean, it’s more pie like isn’t it?

It’s got a pie like consistency. It’s cut like a pie. So why for the love of Pete (also who is Pete)  is it called cake? Okay maybe we’ll just say cheesecake pie for the sake of argument. I’m not even going to touch on the fact this one is named Turtle cheesecake. That’s a whole nother rabbit hole my logical brain can’t wrap itself around.

This one is special because it’s slathered in both WHISKEY CARAMEL SAUCE and chocolate sauce. It’s definitely saucy and we love that. The whiskey caramel sauce is both in the filling and on top because two is better than one amiright? You don’t have to worry about the top being pretty because no one will notice if the drizzle isn’t perfect. It’s pretty much a culinary Jackson Pollock piece of cheesecake pie. Go with that.

So grab your spring form pan, pull out 2 bricks of cream cheese to come to room temperature and then grab our No Bake Turtle Cheesecake RECIPE on DIXIE CRYSTALS WEBSITE.

I think these cheesecake pie ma bobs are even better the second day. Well, if you’re lucky enough to have any leftover.

You can’t beat a good cheesecake and you definitely cannot beat a NO BAKE one, even if the name is weird. 😉 I cannot wait to try this!
