Frands, this is the easiest cheesecake you can possibly make. I know it’s a bold statement, I’m a bold kinda girl after all, but it’s true. It’s NO BAKE. No baking involved. Crushing and mixing. You can do that, right? The hardest part is a toss up between waiting on the cream cheese coming to room temperature OR waiting on the cheesecake to set up. I would argue that you COULD eat it without actually chilling the cheesecake if you’re impatient. I am impatient. I know my weaknesses. So for me, the hardest part would be waiting on the cream cheese. Either way, it’s still easy peasy to pull this baby together and did I mention it’s NO BAKE?
We’ve gone with a chocolate graham cracker crust. Chocolate wins every time in my book so if I can work it in, it’s going in. Because options rule the school, you can make this as a single cheesecake OR you could prepare it in individual jars. I feel less guilty about eating several jars vs several slices of cheesecake but that’s just me. Please don’t try and ruin my logic. I realize it’s woppy jawed. It is what it is.
Instead of whole or sliced strawberries, you could also puree the strawberries and go with a strawberry sauce on top. So very saucy. Speaking of sauce, our WHISKEY CARAMEL SAUCE would also be the bomb diggity drizzled all over this no bake eat your feelings cheesecake. Wait, is it just me that eats her feelings?
