This a very berry Bellini post is intended for those 21+ years of age. Please enjoy responsibly. A trio of berries are the base for this frozen twist on a Bellini.
I have noticed that “Bellini” is quite popular amongst bell’alimento searchers. You all have good taste! They’re light, refreshing, fruity and perfect for summer sipping. Last summer we shared a FROZEN PEACH BELLINI . Today we’re bumping up the berry factor and making very berry Bellinis. This refreshing drink is made with a trio of berry goodness: strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. It’s fruity, slushy and I’m willing to bet you won’t be able to stop at just one. Or maybe that’s just me?
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED TO MAKE A BERRY BELLINI?
You’ll need the following 7 KEY ingredients to make this Bellini at home
- strawberries
- raspberries
- blueberries
- Prosecco
- simple syrup
- pineapple juice
- ice
HOW TO MAKE A FROZEN BELLINI?
Best part about this beauties? You chuck everything in the blender and then whizz away to your desired consistency. It is just that easy. They’re also customizable. Maybe you like yours a little more slushy or maybe you like yours so thick you make fish faces when drinking them? Either way these are bound to make appearances at several of our get togethers this summer and maybe a few of yours?

Paula – do you make or buy vanilla simple syrup?
Paula says
Hi Sandy, I make my own by infusing the simple syrup with a vanilla bean. You could substitute regular simple syrup if you prefer : )

I LOVE bellinis, but never done them frozen. I do an annual summer brunch with the girls, and there’s always a mimosa bar. Last year fresh peach nectar made the cut, but now you have me thinking frozen!
