Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars with Whiskey Caramel Sauce

Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars with Whiskey Caramel Sauce
If pumpkin pie and cheesecake went on a hot date, fell deeply deliciously madly in love and eventually had a baby they would name her Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars. How can that combination of deliciousness be a bad thing? It’s not. Not at all.

It’s a very very good thing. One that I think you’re going to love. I didn’t even mention yet that it’s topped with pecans and a liberal dousing of whiskey caramel sauce. You really didn’t need more motivation to make these but that should seal the deal.

Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars with Whiskey Caramel Sauce

I could spoon the WHISKEY CARAMEL SAUCE right into my mouth. It’s just that ridiculously good. The pumpkin cheesecake bars are incredible on their own, or if you’re into whipped cream, then by all means try that. If you want to up the ante, you’ll want to make the Whiskey Caramel Sauce as well. Or use both toppings because well it’s the holidays, go ahead and enjoy yourself.

The base of the pumpkin cheesecake bars is made using our PUMPKIN BUTTER RECIPE. So you’ll want to whip that up first and while you’re at it, go ahead and make the Whiskey Caramel Sauce as well, because even though it’s optional you really want it. Trust me.

Nothing beats a cheesecake bar, except a cheesecake bar covered in whiskey. Love this recipe Paula. Wish I lived closer so I could swing by for a bar, or ten.
