Stack of Rocky Road Cookies on a metal plate. Cookie in front with marshmallows scattered to side.
Rocky Road Cookies. This is the only kind of rocky road I like ; ) The one that is rocky because of chocolate, nuts and marshmallows. Now I know some people think the nuts are optional, but you can’t have rocky road without nuts. You just can’t. If you opt to leave them out you’ve just got a fluffy chocolate road. Nothing wrong with that, it’s just not a rocky road. Details.

They’re big to me. Also big to me are COOKIES. And ’tis the season for cookies.

I mean, I’d be thrilled if I got a plate of these at a cookie swap/exchange or in the mail. Okay, maybe not the mail unless you plan on leaving the syrup off because that could be seriously messy. These cookie cuties are finished with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and because I can’t help myself and literally drizzle WHISKEY CARAMEL SAUCE on all the things, it’s on these too. Which side note, makes a fantastic holiday edible gift. I have friends that if they don’t get that will unfriend me on social, which as you know is the kiss of friendship death. So I’ll be making a dozen or so jars. Y’all know who you are.
