Cantaloupe Sorbet. 2 ingredients are all you need to make this refreshing
Cantaloupe is sweet and tender and absolutely delicious. When they’re in season I am all about these melons, whether I’m eating them sliced or cubed as a sweet treat, wrapping prosciutto slices around wedges (because hello one of the best appetizers of all time) or turning them into a SORBET. I love cantaloupe. The hardest part of this recipe will be waiting on it to to set it. It’s truly that easy. Slice, blend, freeze, ENJOY.
WHAT IS SORBET?
Sorbet, also referred to as “Italian ice” is a frozen dessert that is made from sugar-sweetened water with flavoring – typically fruit juice or fruit purée (like this cantaloupe).

You’ll need the following 2 KEY ingredients to make this sorbet at home.

TIP: Cantaloupe should be sweet and ripe. If you find that your cantaloupe isn’t as sweet as you would like you may add additional sugar to sweeten to taste.
